Equipment introduction

       The three-dimensional frozen meat diced machine adopts advanced foreign three-dimensional cutting methods to achieve continuous cutting of materials, greatly improving production efficiency, and performs rapid cutting processing while retaining the original characteristics of the raw materials. This avoids the reduction in the yield rate of raw materials due to extrusion during cutting. The machine has a compact structure and the tool is made of 304 stainless steel, which can be disassembled and replaced separately, greatly reducing maintenance costs. This machine can cut frozen meat (fat can be cut as low as minus 5-6 degrees, lean beef can be cut as low as minus 3-4 degrees, lean pork can be cut as low as minus 4-5 degrees) into slices, strips, and diced. Since the product is processed in a frozen state, the quality of the material is ensured.

5. This machine is designed for frequency conversion speed regulation, and the corresponding frequency can be selected at will according to different products and temperatures. 0~50Hz can be selected.
