     Sterilization and cooling machines are a new product that integrates sterilization, cooling, air drying (drying) that our company absorbs advanced foreign technologies and combines the production processes of domestic food, beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries. This series of sterilization and cooling machines are made of high-quality stainless steel and have advanced control instruments. It has the characteristics of beautiful shape, easy operation and maintenance. Compared with the current civil method (sterilization pool), it has low labor intensity, less manpower, high degree of self-control, and can be automatically adjusted within 98°. The water temperature difference between the upper and lower layers is small, and the product quality is easy to control. This product fully complies with the certification requirements of GMP and HACCP, is sanitary and efficient, and is an ideal equipment in the vegetable, meat and poultry product processing industry.

     In the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries, it is required that some fully packaged products be sterilized in water bath. The packaged products are placed on a stainless steel mesh belt with adjustable speed. Under the action of the conveyor belt, they enter the sterilization box in sequence. After sterilization is performed by "high temperature water as medium", they are then brought into the cooling box by another conveyor belt to cool evenly, thus meeting the product sterilization requirements. Then they enter the continuous air drying line and can be directly packed. This series of equipment operates continuously, and sterilized packaging products are continuously sent to the next production process.
