How it works
The required thawing products are lifted into the thawing tank in the feed end of the equipment, and the conveying mesh belt is driven forward at a constant speed. Under the action of a high-power eddy current and high-pressure air pump, the water in the thaw tank continues to roll and produces oscillation. At the same time, a large flow water pump is used to circulate front and rear water flow to reduce the temperature difference between front and rear water areas. Steam heating increases the water temperature to the temperature required for product thawing, and the temperature can be adjusted and controlled arbitrarily. The equipment is equipped with a secondary water tank to remove miscellaneous and decontaminated during the circulation to ensure the clean water quality thawing. The overall inner liner of the equipment can be improved, making it convenient and hygienic.
